So you are not sure about what to buy for the self-isolation period? Here is a simple list that will get your pantry full with essentials for delicious and healthy home cooking:
Choose foods that will last a while in the cupboards and freezer:
- Canned beans
- Canned or dried chickpeas/lentils
- Canned tomatoes
- Canned coconut milk
- Pickled vegetables
- Long Life Almond Milk
- Brown Rice
- Quinoa/Barley
- Pasta
- Rice Noodles
